What is a Planned Preventative Maintenance Survey?
Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys (also known as stock condition surveys) are a record of an asset or portfolio of assets which enables a client to understand the remedial works that are required over a given time period. These surveys will be tailored to the needs of the client and may include other information on the assets as required.
What are the benefits of having a PPM Survey and Management Plan?
-
Approximate savings of 15% in comparison to using a 'reactive maintenance' approach
-
Enable you to make strategic decisions in relation to your assets
-
Enable you to budget for priority repairs on critical assets
-
Ensure that maintenance costs are kept consistent for given time periods
-
Avoid any unexpected and unplanned costs associated with defects
-
Allow for improvements in carbon reduction and sustainability at a wider level
